Fall Weather

The loneliness sings

Haunting

Echoing

In the Fall weather blossoms

Where hands used to touch

With the barest of happiness

And the slimmest of chances

To evade harsh truths

And claim wild lies

A question now lingers

Unanswered in its prime

While the winter weather looms

A hand reaches out

Forgotten

Weary

The silence resides

Where Fall weather once blossomed

And happiness occupied
